# Deleting an Organization

To delete an organisation, your user must be the **Owner** of the organisation

Deleting an organisation is easy. Simply go to ['Settings'](https://docs.nemopi.com/fundamentals/accounts-and-organizations/update-organization-settings) and go to the 'Admin' tab. Here, you can delete an organisation by clicking the 'Delete this organization' button.

### Think before you act

* All associated data will be deleted as well.
* Deleting an organization cannot be reversed.
* Your buoys must all be 'Undeployed' before you can delete the organization.
